You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request it within 7 days of purchase.
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- The refund request includes a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

📚 E-books (Digital Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, e-books are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
